Spreadsheet was not cutting it — so I built a proper placement prep tracker
After my 8th rejection I realised I had no idea which companies I had applied to, what stage I was at, or what feedback I had gotten. Built a simple tracker with company stages, interview round notes, and a pattern gap analysis based on which topics I kept failing. Used it through my Google prep.
CSE '26 at IIT Bombay. Got into Google after 12 tries. Writing about placements, DSA, and the dumb mistakes I made so you don't have to.
